Shipping

The shipping process (from the moment you place your order and the moment you receive your purchase) is 3-5 business days (excluding saturday and sunday).

We ship all our products from France using UPS (most of the time).

We always provide a tracking number so you always know where your kigurumi is and when you are going to get it.

Returns

You’re not satisfied with your purchase ? It’s not a problem, you can send back your kigurumi within 14 business days from the moment you receive it.

We proceed to full refund and you can ask for a exchange.
